Perceptive Cyber is a small business dedicated to helping counties, cities, school districts, and small to medium businesses strengthen their cybersecurity posture and simplify compliance.

We understand that for many organizations, cybersecurity can feel overwhelming — with overlapping frameworks, evolving regulations, and limited resources. That’s why we’ve built Perceptive Cyber around practical solutions that are both achievable and effective.

Our approach is grounded in over 25 years of IT and IT Security experience, including 14 years supporting local government. This unique perspective allows us to appreciate the realities public agencies and schools face every day: lean budgets, limited staffing, and the need to balance security with essential services.

As a small business ourselves, we value responsiveness, clarity, and personal service. We take pride in being approachable and flexible, while providing tools and methodologies built on established best practices such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and CIS Controls.
